respond to your concerns and understandable frustration.     Again, after careful research we understand your frustration with the length of time this process has taken for you to receive your CPAP and 100% agree your CPAP order needs to be resolved immediately.   Our electronic medical record system shows that both CPI and [redacted] communicated 15 times regarding this order, with CPI resending paperwork 5 times, starting on 7/15/2017 thru 1/4/2018 and [redacted] responding that they needed additional information.   [redacted] requested a ratio that CPI does not monitor for any of our patients and no other durable medical equipment company has ever requested.  We had multiple follow-up conversations, we finally understood exactly what is comprised in this unique ratio needed by [redacted].   We immediate communicated this to our Sleep Technologist who then calculated your ratios for this specific occurrence during your sleep study.  The information was forwarded to Julie at [redacted] on 1/24/2018.   Unfortunately, they continue to tell us that is not the correct information.   In the meantime, we have been told that you now have [redacted] Primary Insurance and that would allow us to change your order to another DME company.   Your order has now been sent to [redacted].   Sydney our medical assistant called last week to request a copy of your [redacted] card (as they don’t have the correct information that shows you as [redacted] Primary).   I, personally, will be following up with Julie to make sure your CPAP order is completed, and you have no additional issues in receiving your required supplies. While unfortunate you had to go thru the Revdex.com to get this resolved, we want to assure you we have been working on this issue with Preferred long before your complaint and now are continuing to resolve this with [redacted].   Please do not hesitate to contact me directly should you have any further questions or concerns.
