Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 1) I have spoken with my insurance adjuster and the business has not contacted him.2) It has now been days since I received their response and still no phone call from the business. We are moving on with another contractor who is just as busy and yet has the time to not only return our calls but has scheduled our roof and gutters to be doneThere is a discrepancy in the siding and Windows but this should not have held up the roof and gutter workWhile I understand the hail storm caused a lot of damage to many homes if the business could not handle any more customers than they should have said so from the beginning instead of dragging our project out by not scheduling it or contacting us Sincerely, [redacted] ***

In the case of *** ***, complaint #***, his work is in progressHis roof and gutters were completed over a month ago, and his siding is currently on orderThe insurance company has not approved the windows yet, so those are on hold until they are approved

First of all, we would like to apologize for the lack of communication in regards to the status of the homeowners insurance claimWe have been very busy processing claims from this recent hail season, but that is no excuseThe issue holding up the work has been that we have not received any
returned calls or correspondence from the insurance company to approve the workThere are discrepancies in the window and siding portions of the claim that need resolved before work beginsWe will again contact the insurance adjuster, and contact the homeowner as wellIn addition, we will offer $off the total for the inconvenience and frustration caused to the homeowner
