in the matters about which Mr. [redacted] complains. [redacted] is an online program which is used by referee associations nationwide to manage the regulation of referees.
Mr. [redacted] sough an assessment to qualify for a higher grade level of referee. The CRC acknowledges that it did not get an assessor to the game in which he was acting as a referee. It is my understanding the, upon discovering its error, the CRC contacted Mr. [redacted] and arranged for an assessment ASAP. Mr. [redacted] has not contacted the CRC.
Mr. [redacted] has two options available to him, but he must inform us which option he desires. The CRC can either arrange an assessment ASAP to fulfill his request; or it can refund his money and cancel the assessment.
He should contact [redacted]@compliance-more.com to inform the CRC which option he is electing.

Thank you for acknowledging Colorado Soccer Associations's error. However, it was not just an error. We agree that the services, the assessment was not rendered after you received my payment. Apparently there is a problem with your communication as I have not received any. Upon further investigation I would like supporting documentation that you communicated with me about the assessment, in question. I wanted to reiterate that [redacted] The [redacted] was brought up in the complaint as the owner of this company, [redacted] is also part owner of the [redacted] system which my payment was processed through. [redacted] is also the SDI (State Director of Instruction) which was the person who received my payment who also emailed me my receipt. I followed all requests from [redacted] for game information pertaining to the assessment. No communication was ever followed through to me. My proposal to Colorado Soccer Association to settle this matter is as follows:
1. A signed and notarized letter from US Soccer, CEO - [redacted], and current President of CSA [redacted] Ruebel stating I will not be demoted and will remain at the current grade 7 level for 2016.
2. All the current requirements I have met for upgrading to grade 6 will be accepted and carried over into the 2016 season and beyond.
3. A receipt showing my money will apply to my future assessment.

This response is to follow up on CSA's and SDA's error - no service / assessment. You did not provide me with my original request, why? The fall 2015 soccer season has ended, therefor, no assessment no service. I have repeatedly tried to ask about the assessment but the SDA refused to deal with my questions. my impression of your offer is tarnishing. I am dissatisfied now, in order to keep my certification I will have to pay for the grade 7 exam and a grade 6 exam. Unfortunately since the service requested is not an option at this time, I am hereby requesting the following:
1) Allow me to only take the Grade 6 State Referee Exam as I have completed the requirements.
2) In Spring of 2016, please provide the assessment free of charge. This request will be noted to US Soccer and will be in writing from CSA and notarized.
Please honor my requests. I am prepared to submit questions I have pertaining to where the money goes from Gmeofficials and who profits off of this if this is not resolved to satisfaction.

We had offered a refund or to provide the services desired. We understand Mr. [redacted]'s response as a wanting to have the assessment for which he paid to be provided. [redacted] from the CRC Director of Assessment is going to contact the consumer to discuss options to ensure that the consumer gets the services he paid for.
