We had a warranty on work and the address doesn't appear to be valid and the phone is not a working phone
Unknown to me until now, Mr. has recently purchased the property at *** and has not received my updated contact information from the prior owner. I will meet with him today and address his concerns. Thank you relaying the message.
After a devastating hail storm on June 19, 2018, I called Robert to ask him to repair my HVAC condensing unit outside my home which was damaged by the hail. He came out, diagnosed the damaged electrical component and replaced it getting me back in service. I have breathing issues and A/C is essential.
He then proceeded at my request to demolish my fatally damaged hot tub gazebo and haul away the debris. I had him do an emergency repair on my damaged hot tub which required tedious work removing foam insulation and piping plugs. After several days I determined that further investment in the 20 year old tub was not justified.
I asked him if he could help dispose of the tub. He said he had done one before. He came out with proper tools like saws and drills and in a few hours had it cut up into pieces that would fit into his pickup. He hauled it all away including debris he cleaned up from my yard and a trash pile collected next to my barn.
His fees were more than fair and actually slightly lower than the lowest competitive bid I received from other service providers. I have used him in past years to service my furnace and A/C and will continue in the future.
