That is not true. The concrete has not and is not crummbling per his claim. His approach was that for certain dollar amount he could fix the problem. We offered to do the testing at no charge. Our warranty specifically excludes concrete substrate issues, so any repair work will be billable to customer. Customer wanted repair work done at no charge, which is where the disagreement is. Our offer still stands to perform testing/analysis at no charge and then develop a solution to the concrete issue.
