Excellent all around.
I'm from Canada and had an issue with my Jeep. Contacted Colorado Springs Dodge and brought the Jeep to them. They text me the found issues within a few hours, carried out the repairs. Had my Jeep back the same day. It's very hard to find a place where you get honest and great service. Would recommend this dealer any time. They have a fantastic team. Thank you.

I went into your dealership at [redacted] early November I met with a sales consultant, Robert B [redacted] , to start looking at purchasing a van We could not find what we were looking for locally, so a few days later I called your dealership to ask Rob about ordering a van Caleb [redacted] mentioned to me that Robert no longer worked at Colorado Springs Dodge and that he could work with me to order a van at zero cost Caleb and I went through the [redacted] website to price a vehicle At the end of the process Caleb mentioned to me that the price on the site was the invoice price I told Caleb that I would think about it After some investigating on the internet I found that the price on the ramtrucks webise was actually the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price I felt deceived by Caleb so we moved on and broadened our search to included Denver On November 18th we found a van at [redacted] Arapahoe, in Denver, and negotiated a price with them In the mean time I received an email from Rob at Colorado Springs dodge on November 17th stating: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------... Hello, As a follow up to my last email - I don't wish to be an irritant, I understand that life happens and in the past two weeks, your priorities may have changed Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your pending purchase If you have already purchased a vehicle from us or another dealership, please let me know as I would be happy to help you with any questions you may have about your new vehicle as well Rob [redacted] Sales Consultant Colorado Springs Dodge [redacted] cell 719- [redacted] office --------------------------------------------------------------------------------... My reply on the 18th was: Hi Rob, I hope all is well with you Caleb mentioned that you left the dealership I was going to work with Caleb, but he is either incompetent or thinks I'm stupid We bought a Ram Promaster from [redacted] in Denver off Arapahoe Cheers, --------------------------------------------------------------------------------... Today, November 22, I received a call from Caleb asking about the email I had sent him; I was curious about the email because the only email exchange I had with Caleb was to initially price the vehicle on the ramtrucks web site He referenced the email exchange I had with Rob Once again I felt deceived by Caleb because he contacted us over a week after Rob had left the dealership using Rob's credentials I told him that my initial comment in the email I replied to Rob was that he (Caleb) told me he could order me a vehicle at invoice, but then he told me the price would be the one that the ramtrucks site determined, and I found that the invoice price was much lower than the one on the ramtrucks site and that the ramtrucks site was actually the MSRP Caleb told me that there is no invoice price until a vehicle is ordered I said that there is a basic invoice price and invoice prices for each option that makes up the invoice He asked me where he could find the invoice prices on the Internet? I said I don't know off the top of my head, and that I found it after some digging He laughed at me and said "you must have been doing this a lot longer than me" While he was laughing at me I said "This call is over!" and hung up Here I am writing this because of an unprofessional employee of Colorado Springs Dodge lied to me about the difference between MSRP and Invoice on the ramtrucks web site, deceived me by using another employee's email, and ridiculed me on the phone

I would strongly recommend not to shop or do business with this dealershipWe had verbal confirmation with this dealership on a deal for a car, only to learn, hours later that the car in question was sold to someone elseWhen we inquired on what exactly was going on, we were propositioned with another saleThis dealership played us, and to all intents and purposes, hit us with the bait and switch The kicker was, the sales supervisor couldn't have been more rude and later in the night, we saw the same car posted on their website at a higher price than what was offered to usTake it for what you will, but I strongly encourage people to avoid this dishonorable and skeezy dealership at all costs

Salesperson *** was very nice.We went to the dealership at 10am to test drive but it took about fifteen minutes to find each vehicle key. When it came to negotiating the terms of agreement we were sent to manager ***.At 1pm we said we needed to go to lunch and *** was upset and pushy that we were leaving. At 2pm we came back to buy the vehicle. This manager took to min to get an answer for each question and would give answers that were misleading. When they were checking our financing options it took them an hour to come back and tell us no but when we tried to use our banks financing then the agreement terms changed.Left at 430pm but was called on the phone to say that they agreed to our terms. We went back and *** was nice and able to get us approved but tried to make you buy a warranty in order to get a lower interest rate and offer "freebies" that aren't free. Finally left at 530pm.For two days called trying to reach business manager*** still waiting to talk to him

I recently purchased a truck from Colorado Springs Dodge. I shopped around before I chose this dealer and this vehicle. The salesman at this business was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, not Pushy, and very personable. The process was painless and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I dealt with the manager as well, who was fantastic. In a world where all businesses are focused on the bottom line, the customer care aspect of this business really shined. I would highly recommend this dealership and its employees
