Colorado Springs Health Partners PC - Administrative Offices Reviews (2)

There is a new law protecting Medicare patients from being a victim of unnecessary
referrals that benefit income sharingIt's called the Stark lawCSHP has small facilities all around that are miles away from Colorado Springs areaThose Doctors attempt to refer you to specialists as an income from another appointment made even though the first Doctor could have performed the workI am victim to this and fired them the first dayThey paid me back my $copay after a month of complaining just trying to get rid of me but they never paid back my insurance carrier (this in itself is medicare fraud since they decided to pay me back my copay but keep the Medicare money) The CEO (Debbie Chandler) is fully aware of thisThey instead decided to bill me $(A specialist copy) a few weeks later after I cashed the $checkThis is a sick attempt to show me they are above the law and a blatant attempt to extort money from meI reported all of this to the Office of the Inspector general but it has not been addressed yetThe Illegal $bill could get them as much as $50,fine
I believe they may be protected and have the right to do whatever they want because this partnership was started by ex military Doctors and the Doctor I saw was ex militaryAs far as I am concerned they are an insult to this CountryLocal judges probably always favor their abuse of the sick for political reasons
I am disabled with severe fatigue from Hepatitis C , Severe clinical depression and slightly schizophrenic and the only thing on their minds was to have me drive down and up the hill from Woodland Park to Colorado Springs just so they can fill their pockets with our Medicare money and make my life miserably uncomfortable with unnecessary appointments. The military is suppose to protect us but this obviously what this Country has become

I was treated at the eye clinic, the doctor did not perform a test that is usually done- I guess because of the specific issue my eyes have. She came out and told the clerk not to charge me the 45 dollars. I paid the bill in full when I received it a few weeks later. then a few months later I get a bill for 45 dollars, I do not pay it and call. they said I owed it (no one talked with the doctor) not I get another bill in the amount of 134 dollars. this is all well after the fact and fictitious. I do not believe the right hand knows what the left is doing over there. I recommend any other eye doctors... I have had better service from the eye clinic at [redacted]
