I don't care what CSHP office I go to it never fells I am guaranteed to wait in the doctor room longer than minutes to an hourI think it is very unprofessional and disrespectful to waste a patient's time with the fact they choose to over book patient visits to be so greedy for insurance/patient fundWhen I am told to arrive 15minutes early to wait longer than an hour before being seen on time I have to beg to get off work to make these appointmentsThen told if I am late I will not be seen or if I cancel I will be charged a fee of $What's the penalty for waiting long periods of time and having to walk out without being seen not once but the four different timeWorst doctor facility I've ever dealt with
I want to express my shock and disappointment with the practice management and billing department of CSHP, not the doctors or their staffI was sent a letter notifying me that I would be sent to collections because I was only paying $per month on a bill of $I was never even sent a thank for your small paymentFinancial arrangements were never discussed prior to receiving a billThey justified their actions by stating they left a voicemail asking me to call them in regards to my accountThis happened after I was at least faithfully making payments I could afford at that time At the same time I was also paying Storms allergy clinic the same $on a $billThey always responded with a thank you for your payment! What a difference! CSHP should learn from them

I was sent a letter notifying me that I would be sent to collections because I was only paying $50 per month on a bill of $408. I was never even sent a thank for your small payment. Financial arrangements were never discussed prior to receiving a bill. They justified their actions by stating they left a voicemail asking me to call them in regards to my account. This happened after I was at least faithfully making payments I could afford at that time.
At the same time I was also paying Storms allergy clinic the same $50 on a $400 bill. They always responded with a thank you for your payment! What a difference!
CSHP should learn from them.
