Have been a patient at CSIM for about years As a whole I'm 95% satisfied And on the few occasions things went awry, staff worked very hard to help with solutions The Business dptis excellent
Had a visit with ***, NP-C on 02/07/ It was a exam on some stress incident I had the day before visit, It was very thorough and she took time to talk to me and that helped most of all Hope she gets praise she is worthy of

I immediately told her assistant that I would be leaving their practice for a new primary card doctor. I would not recommend her. Her physical exam was the least thorough of any I have had by any doctor over the last 15 years.
