I was guaranteed to have four personally chosen young men to be possible candidatesI met with one man that was not even close to being my ideal candidate and when I was suppose to meet up with himHe flacked out and the matchmaking service notified me that he was not in contact with them eitherI asked for my money back and the service person told me that I was able to receive my refundWhen in the contract statement there at the bottom specifies that there is a refund if they don't meet expectationsI wish to cancel this contract and receive a refund for all the money I have given themI have been promised new matches but for some reason the keep falling throughPlease help me with this company
My name and phone number were submitted to this company several months agoSince then I have been receiving multiple phone calls from the company, with them trying to talk me into using their serviceEven after requesting them to remove my information and stop calling me, they continue to do so - sometimes up to times per day
Every time I have requested them to take me off their calling list, they ignore my initial request and start trying to collect personal information from meIt takes me telling them to remove me to times, per call, before they state they willThen, I end up getting a new call from them later anyway
I signed up with Colorado Springs Matchmakers in the spring of I received my first match in May I was disappointed with this match as it wasn't what I had asked for After discussing the issues with them they refined their search I will say that you do need to have patience and to be as specific about what you are looking for as you can This September they matched me with another client He was just wanted I had asked for We are now dating exclusively I found that emailing them via the client portal is the best way to communicate with them Listen carefully to what they say about being patient It is worth it I would never have met my gent otherwise
These people just do not take no for an answer First off, I just clicked on the ad in FB and entered some info, but not everything I did enter my phone number, but never submitted the form Within hours, I get a call (after business hours) Clearly they are capturing your info without even consenting, submitting a form I consider consenting They are very forceful in their pitch and really don't listen to what you are saying to begin with I pretty much told them no Well for the past months now, they call multiple times a day from 7am to 11pm Even telling them specifically to no longer call, they continue to call
This is not how you do business and when someone tells you no, they mean no This does not mean you can keep calling this person My phone is a cell, so I can block the phone from even ringing, but they just need to respect when a person says no, respect it and do not continue to harass
I purchased a transferable contract from these people and April Less than two weeks after purchasing it I realized I was never going to use it in they had provided absolutely no service to me at that pointAlthough the contract I signed said that their service fee was nonrefundable which should've been my first clue that I needed to run away, I asked them if they could at least partial refund my money because I knew I was never going to use their serviceI pay them $10,There is a stipulation that the contract can be transferred howeverSo now I have been trying to transfer The service to someone who would definitely pass the background check is requiredThey have failed to return her calls, they have failed to show up for meetings, and now she has decided that she doesn't want to botherI was finally going to get some small portion of the money that I paid back but they make sure that did not happenI have been ripped off by yet Another matchmaking service that praise
I am very pleased with the service I receivedEvery time I reached out with questions, they were answered in a timely mannerI was placed with matches, and I am currently dating the second one! I have had a very positive experience with this company
