This is ONLY an ATTEMPT by this customer *** *** to TRY to USE the Revdex.com to TRY to get the Revdex.com to help her not pay us for work we have completed
We have ONLY billed her for work we have COMPLETED and ONLY put a lien on the home for WORK
completed and the dollar amount of the COMPLETED work only
She has not paid us one penny and I do not have the file in front of me for being out of state but we have been done for months
The work we have not done is windows and we have sent different windows companies there and no one can get these windows so we have not billed her for thisShe is using this issue that we can not get the windows she has as a way to try not to pay us
Our lawyer is filing suit on her after he is done with trail in weeks if she has not paid us by then and she is also liable for our legal and attorney fees as she agreed to in our contract she signed

We can go back and forth with this and it *** get no where if she does not make a real attempt to resolve thisThis is the first time I have seen her insurance estimate to show what insurance paid forThe adjuster said he was only paying for the ridge shingles on her roof that that is all we did on the roof
We did not know he paid for vents and pipesSo all she owes on the roof is the ridge shingles and then the garage doors and guttersShe can make that adjustment and pay the difference

was trying to finish the work before having him do that.   We are still waiting on the city of Lakewood to give the go ahead on a few things and we have also been delayed by some weather but hope to have it finished soon.
