We hired this company after requesting an estimate for tree trimming through *** *** website A salesman named *** *** came and gave us an estimate to trim trees for $and asked for a 50% deposit We refused stating we never pay contractors until the job is done He then stated they won't even schedule us unless we give them some kind of a deposit because if we cancel they have a crew sitting around not making any money when they should be at our jobsite So we agreed on a $deposit and *** promised not to cash the check but to hold it until we also gave them the final payment when the job was completed And he scheduled the job for 9am Thurs Oct 6th They cashed our check, kept the money and didn't do the jobThen I spoke to someone named *** who asked if they could reschedule for October 11th at 1:pm Again, they didn't show up, or even call to reschedule or anything So I tried calling *** on his cell phone and low and behold the number w
