I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The reason for the negative equity in the Honda Odyssey is due to the fact, we paid retail for a used vehicle with a bad carfax. The fact that they claim we had negative equity in the vihicle we traded for the odyssey, is a lie. We rolled from our prior vehicle into the odyssey. Also in regards to the carfax, "not knowing what a customer knew or didn't know brack in 2014" is also a lie! When I called my original salesperson, ***, he didn't even know it had a bad carfax. He admitted to me over the phone that he had no idea it had a bad carfax. So if you can see the partern, Pogue is and does lie on a regular basis. I have attached the original purchase paperwork to prove we didn't have any negative equity when we made the trade.Also, they didn't make the 16,offer for the bad vehicle they sold me until after I filed this complaint. *** had originally offerred me 18,000, but when I asked them to find me a vehicle I liked to trade with, they started ignoring my calls and texts. I even offerred to pay for the mileage I put on the van and asked them to buy it back and I would walk away. Attached is the KBB supporting information concerning their 16,offer. This information also proves they Lie. They can't even give proper information concerning fair market value.The negative equity we had in the odyssey is due to us purchasing a fully loaded honda odyssey with high mileage and a clean carfax, instead we purchased a fully loaded high mileage honda odyssey with a bad carfax. The proof is in the attachmentsMore thing, if you look at the attachment "how to calculate diminished value" that will support my original claim of 10,000. Had we known the odyssey had been in an accident with air bag deployment, we wouldn't have paid 30,990. We should've paid in the 20,range.My original claim still stands

I am willing to accept the refund of $I will accept a check or a m/o mailed to my address *** *** *** *** *** ** ***Please note the reason for this complaint was because management at pougue never got back with me to resolve the issue as they had promised, second the issue that I brought my vehicle in for was not fixed as was promised by the man over the service dept I have my invoice and everything that I was charged for was supposed to fix it and it it wasn't when the vehicle was picked up the service man said it was running almost perfect and it wasn'tJust because I didn't purchase my vehicle from Pougue doesn't mean its junk pougue had no problem accepting my money. And as I said in my first complaint my husband fixed the problem for $where as pougue charged almost $and still didn't
