I received two voicemails from Colorado West Dermatology regarding an upcoming botox appointment on 8/31/18 that was in my name. I did not schedule the appointment and am not a patient of this business. I haven't lived in Colorado in 4 years.
I called and asked Kimi (the woman who answered the phone and was extremely rude) to remove me from their system. She was not helpful and said she would "archive" my information.

On 8/27/18 @ 1:15pm I received a call from a *** requesting an appointment for Botox/Dysport. I scheduled the appointment under *** (the only *** in our system).
On 8/31/18 I received a phone call from *** regarding a voicemail that she received from me to confirm her appointment. She stated that she did not schedule this appointment and that she has never been a patient at our office. She asked me how I had gotten her information and I explained to her that the only way our office would have her information is if she gave it to us or possibly her primary care had sent a referral. She insisted that she didn’t and that she wanted the information deleted. I told her that I could archive it but I could not delete it, which made her very upset. She told me that she would be filing a complaint against our office and that was the end of the phone call. – Kimberly W, CWD Receptionist
After this phone call we found out it was supposed to be for a *** whose nickname is ***. The appointment was cancelled under *** and her chart has been archived. As a medical practice we cannot legally “delete” a file, we can only “archive” the file. As for *** never being a patient here, she scheduled an appointment on 7/14/14 for 8/12/14 – she was a No Show for that appointment. – Kim S, Office Manager

I am rejecting this response because: This is not the resolution I requested. I have never made an appointment there so I still don't understand why I would be in their system. They still have me in the system because they are still storing my information - I would like the information deleted for security reasons.
