I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me because under my insurance benefits I am entitled to a visit without cost I will look for my check of $in July It seems hard to believe there is no other person in their office that can write checks I do want to say that Colorado West Ophthalmology is not billing correctly They should bill my insurance for the full cost of the visit, and the benefits would be paid properlyI wonder how many patients are not being billed correctlyI wish there was a way to make them understand that they are not doing it properly I will not go to their office anymore because they don't seem to understand
