advertising has a Revdex.com symbol on it, and I’m no longer a Revdex.com memberI used the symbol when I was a member and hadn’t taken it offI feel *** *** might have too much time on his hands. Since his complaint, Ive took measures to remove the symbol

*** *** *** contracted us to remodel the inside of his homeWe agreed on a price, and after our agreement he wanted more projects done that were not on the contractHe also wanted to pay less than the original estimateWhen we were at the halfway point, Mr. *** took our
equipment and tools and has yet to return them to us after several requestsShortly after this incident I became hospitalized and decided to walk away from this projectHowever, I do believe that I can still press criminal charges against Mr. *** for theftIt is obviously not the “Due Process” of how to handle this situationMr. *** is in violation of the law

I am rejecting this response because: Plumbing WAS involved in the bathroom remodels and is listed on the work contract. Contractors installed new "mixer valves" in both bathroom showers. One valve worked, the other did not. When water is turned
on, it comes out of the shower head and tub faucet at the same time. ** *** had a plumber look at it and they determined the mixer valve needed to be replaced. We scheduled a time for him to come back and fix it and he never showed up. I reached out to him again to reschedule and he never replied. I still have copies of his text messages saying he would fix it. The fact that it took *** *** several months to reply to this Revdex.com claim shows that he has no intention of fixing this. Worst contractor experience ever.
