I am rejecting this response because:  Plumbing WAS involved in the bathroom remodels and is listed on the work contract.  Contractors installed new "mixer valves" in both bathroom showers.  One valve worked, the other did not.  When water is turned...

on, it comes out of the shower head and tub faucet at the same time.  [redacted] had a plumber look at it and they determined the mixer valve needed to be replaced.  We scheduled a time for him to come back and fix it and he never showed up.  I reached out to him again to reschedule and he never replied.  I still have copies of his text messages saying he would fix it.  The fact that it took [redacted] several months to reply to this Revdex.com claim shows that he has no intention of fixing this.    Worst contractor experience ever.
