In response to the complaint # [redacted] [redacted] was not our tenant [redacted] not [redacted] was our tenantWe informed [redacted] that [redacted] was our customer and we cannot discuss this matter with him due to confidentiality reasonsShe isn’t communicating with us or with you (Revdex.com)We never told them the unit was on cameraThey never askedWe have been very helpful with them with this incidentWe provided all of the information along with calling the Sheriff as soon as break in was noticed and getting a report number and taking pictures and providing them with that [redacted] was called twice Sunday 11/22/and 11/23/nobody returned the call until Tues 11/24/There was also an email sent Sunday to herAgain, we never told them their unit was on camera, just that we have camerasWe submitted a video along with statement to the Sheriff Dept of the vehicles running the gate and can see them on video leaving through the side gate that was locked with a large Fire Dept lock and a disc lock that the bar on gate was cut by the thieves to allow them to exit through side gateWe have fully assisted the Sheriff Dept with this unfortunate incident [redacted] was offered insurance at the time of rental and was purchased from [redacted] They should be talking to the insurance agencyThank You -- [redacted] ***Sent on: [redacted] **

I am rejecting this response because:*** is my fiancé and she is right here next to me so I am dealing with the communication aspect of trying to get our refundI have been with her to the storage every time and the managers know who I am there and know I have permission to be there and if she has to open a Revdex.com herself, she will do soShe has told me that you guys never disclosed that our unit will not have any cameras facing our unitso you saying that you disclosed this is not trueAlong with the fact you guys called her moms house to leave a message that we had a break In, she gave you her cell phone number when she got the unit and *** had called from her moms house to pay the unit on a monthly basis and somehow you guys kept that as her main number for emergencies but that's irreleventThe fact is she trusted your word that the storage was secure and had cameras protecting it and that was incorrectOur unit along with the one right next to ours has no cameras facing itSo units are not secure and you don't mention thisAnd our unit is right by an emergency exit, shouldn't these two units be the number one units to have a camera? Yes, we have bader but that's only covering 2,of the almost 15,that was stolen out of our unitSo unless I get a refund for the months, I will be moving forward with another alternative at a resolutionRevdex.com has already mentioned your company is not accredited with them so most likely you will not be willing to settle anything so they recommended making a claim with consumer affairs first and if that failsThe last alternative is going to small claimsBut I'm hoping to get some kind of resolution through here to avoid further headachesWe lost a lot here and we trusted you guysYour managers were always nice and you have a clean facility so I'm not disappointed with the customer service I'm just disappointed with the fact that if we would have been disclosed about the camera situation, we would have chosen a different unit and we wouldn't have had our items stolenPlease help us outThanks for your time
