On April 8, 2016, this company charged my account for $72.13, supposedly for business cards I thought that I was ordering a new of my existing business cards which I receive from colorcardsdirect.com I never received an order number, confirmation of an order and a requirement to proof anything I have tried to contact them by telephone over times during the last week, but I am always sent to voice mailI have left messages on voice mail, but no response I sent them two e-mails, but no response Order_Number: None

I placed an order for business cards, a few days later I approved the proof for the card and my credit card was charged $ Four weeks later, I have not received my cards and emails and phone calls have gone unanswered This company cannot be trusted to provide the product they promise or provide the status of the order placed Do Not Use Colorcards.com

I've gotten business cards from this company before When I ordered a re-print online, they emailed me and said they had lost my records and could I please send my logo again Then they emailed me back and said they found it and the order was placed They debited my card for $on May and I've not heard another word from them since Today is Friday, June and I've been calling them and emailing them numerous times in the last days Nobody ever picks up the phone- it puts you on hold for a few minutes and then it takes a message, which they do not respond to My emails have also been ignored
