I am rejecting this response because:
She lied to me she told me she could go as dark as I wanted and thin with my brows it wasn't until she did my second set of a full eye brows that she told me permanent make up is not never going to be as dark as my make up. Had Kim told me this from the start she couldn't make my brows as dark as I wear them currently I wouldn't of got services from her. We didn't look at any of her pictures during my consultation at all !!! ?? We looked at my pictures out my phone. On the day of service we had trouble getting her to visualize the brows I wanted on my face. She kept going to thick with her outline then I asked could I see some brows that was thin she had done. She showed me the pictures of the before and right after none included a fully healed picture of the brow was going to look. Kim is clearly lying on me about not caring for my brows the first time she did them. I have plenty of witness who saw every time I put the A/D ointment on she gave me it seemed to take my color out. I told her this through text which she never responded back to me and it was I who had to call her to address what was going on that's when she told me she wasn't happy with how my brow looked and not to worry we start new. She did a full eyebrow the second time which would require a follow up we started new!! Kim could have said if you need a follow up I can't do it for free but at this price but no she never planned on making sure I got my brows done right. She never checked up on me the second time of her doing my brows it was me who sent her pictures of day one , day two, day three, etc so that she sees the brows in healing process and can further give advice on what to do and not do. I spend 225.00 on my hair every 6 to eight weeks and if my hair don't look good I let my stylist knows the style isn't working and she eithers tries to fix or give me something off the next appointment. I asked Kim to fix my brows and if she can't fix them she should RIGHTFULLY refund my money she trying to take my money and not finish the job which is wrong !???? fix them or refund my money that simple !!! She's trying to take my money and run not happening without the world knowing she's untrustworthy to work with and she doesn't care what she leaves on your face, or your feelings I have cried over this and my tears are done I'm exposing her for being a person who don't care about her clients feelings won't fix her work when a client is distressed over her work she gets offended and shuts the door to client and basically telling them deal with it . No professional who cares bout their work and reputation would do what she has done to me. She took my 400 hundred dollars and didn't even try to fix my brows or offer a partial refund because she didn't want to spend time fixing them which is WRONG?????? All I want is my brows fixed is that too much to ask it is when the person knows they can't do the job she can't do the job and that's why she never offered a resolution other than keeping my money.
