I purchased checks in 2015,because I do not use checks often, in I discovered the routing and account numbers of the checks can be rubbed off Colorful Images said there is nothing they can do about this as it has been over a year Really?! nothing you can do A company in America can do anything it wants Re-printing these checks at no cost to me is the absolute least you should be able to do I of course no longer trust them to provide usable checks so I will not do business with them again
I paid extra for expedited delivery and checks came much laterI ordered duplicate checks and they claim I ordered single checks and that I did not pay for duplicate when I didwhen I specifically ordered them 2x because the website was not functional., I told them they had a problem with the website and the lady argued with me and said no one else was having problemsI stated that they claimed in a recording that they worked Saturdays from 7am-5pm and no one answered at 4pmNo customer service, rude, they charge extra for shipping that is not delivered on time, their website is not working correctly and they argue, The agent that helped me gave me two different versions of when remaining items would be delivered I told her that the checks came by regular mail and she had no way of knowing when they arrived as she was telling all items showed delivered and I had not signed so how would she know, she then changed her storyHorrible never order from them Not worth itThey lie
Ordered labels from this company Nov30th with the thought I would receive them in time for ChristmasTheir web site clearly stated I was within the time frame of being able to receive in time However, after placing the order, they said that the item was shipped on Dec5thIt is now Decand I still do not have the itemThen they told me that LABELS are different from other items in that they take to days to shipThis was not clearly communicated when I was placing the order Then, once they shipped, the order history page had a link to "track it" which linked back to DHL - but subsequently gave me an errorSo I contacted them againThey said they did not ship via DHL but through USPS and there is no tracking infoThis is not helpful at allThey said to contact them again if I don't have it by Jan 12, far beyond my Christmas DeadlineI am so VERY UNHAPPY with this experienceThey need to be more clear, and not provide links to erroneous tracking information
