received a letter from Revdex.com behalf of customer W[redacted], but we never installed laminate floors for her. [redacted] is a wholesale and flooring distribution company, we never installed floors for customer. Our role is wholesale floors to retail stores and contractors. I have tried to find out the problems between Mr. Reni and Ms. W[redacted]. Mr. Reni is an owner of Color's Home Improvements located at 2433 FM 1092 (Murphy Road), Missouri City, TX 77459. Tel: 281-300-9777 Mr. Reni sent Ms. W[redacted] to our showroom to check laminate floor sample, she picked the color and have Mr. Reni installed the floors for her. Mr. Reni sign contract with Ms. W[redacted] for the flooring installation service, any detail info need to ask between Mr. Reni and Ms. W[redacted]. Ms W[redacted] should had a contract or invoice before starting the Job. Ms. W[redacted] wrote a check for Mr. Reni for the service, but the check was wrote to [redacted] for paying Materials for Mr. Reni. From my side, Ms. W[redacted] stop by to our company complaint to me about the sub floor was not level before Mr. Reni put down the floors. I had ask Mr. Reni about the situation, he said the foundation of the house is not good. I’m not sure what’s the real situation, I will not give too much comment on my side. Please check with Mr. Reni and Ms. W[redacted] for detail info, and ask either of them to provide contract. Best Regards, D[redacted] Tel:(281)-969-8337 Fax:(281)-969-8074
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.][redacted]>
In a statement from D[redacted] dated May 21, 2015, he stated that I had "foundation problems" Again, it is his burden to prove that a foundation problem exists.
