responsible for his ceiling falling down on him. He stated he needed some time to think about this . When he made his decision he still wanted ceiling skimmed but with liability we would not do it.

The beginning of this is true. There was a discussion about this making the ceiling too heavy. I told him I was comfortable signing a waiver to take on the liability. Also, this was only a small portion of the work that was not completed. Colors R us quit responding to any form of communication until now, 3 months after I made this complaint, 6 months after the 2 week project was supposed to be completed. I have since paid another contractor to finish the work. I wish to be reimbursed for my original down payment.
