The drain in question was not noted in drawing and was buried under 6-inches
of sediment and dirtFurthermore there is still adequate drain exposed outside and below
new sidewalk for drainageThe
drain should have been noted on drawing or at the very least
addressed by hotel maintenance during the two days of digging and forming prior to placing
the concrete
