I have ordered ink from Colortonerexpert.com several times but this is the last I rec'd a defective ink cartridge I have tried emailing to their support email address, to no avail I called and spoke with a woman that said her name was Alex (I think all the sales people say their name is Alex) and she was not helpful I asked to speak with her superviser and she hung up on me I called back and asked to speak with the owner and she hung up on me again I called another dept and Alex answered again Apparently, she is a one woman show
Bottomline, do not order products from this company!

FebI had the misfortune of purchasing a Drum and not reading the reviews, they took $from me and will NOT give it back, they have sent me a bad drum, a broken drum, and Now all I want is my money, they are costing me a fortune from Office Depot for print
If you press you get the same voice mail box that is full, press same number again, and press again the same number, try ha ha ha you get the same freaking extension
This is a Joke of a company

But somehow, I think they have new owners and their customer service has gone down the drainSorry, but with the last transaction, I needed ink cartridges for my printerThey sent me batches that the printer did not "recognize" After different batches, I tried calling and they hung up on meEven went through their different departments and they hung up on me each timeCalled from a different phone and they "played" games with me

I am sooooo disappointed in their service and how they kept trying to brush me off, I decided to find another company to deal with
ColorTonerExpert used to be a great Online company to get printer supplies fromThey even had a Revdex.com A+ rating
If there was a problem with a product, they replaced it and always treated their customers with respect [me, in this case]
NOT ANY MOREThe two individuals I was dealing with, were, Alex & PaulThere are other more reliable printer online Internet suppliers out there
If you ever have a problem with this company, I don't think they will rectify it for you
How sad that they went down hill like thisI can only think it is under new ownership / management
