a deliver ticket was sent to the truck for another customer with the same name therefore you did not receive your oil that day.This was also a long weekend and a snow and wind storm on Sunday and Monday which was the holiday.Tuesday we were a little slow getting started after the storm and were trying to clean up the back log from Friday looking after the customers that had the greatest need 1st.We were unable to get to you on Tues but when you called on Wed and told us that you were very close to running out, the delivery truck was there within 1.5 hrs.We try to do our best and do understand the frustration you feel not getting your oil until Wed and I apologize for that.I also apologize for the stress you felt due to delay in delivery.
