question was damaged beyond repair I have included pictures that were taken by Juan R[redacted] the employee that she was referring to. Additionally the price has never gone up, the rental agreement that she entered had a 90day same as cash clause and a full term price when the 90days are up the agreement simply continues to full term. In an attempt to end this confusion have authorized a one time payment from the amount of $1625.19 to $850.00 this is a one time payment only.Sincerely, Chad C

To whom it may concern I Gregory S[redacted] was the current manager at the Colortyme located in [redacted] at the time of [redacted] incident. She had an issue with a television and we provided a replacement. Further along in her agreement the account was taken to court. [redacted]...

[redacted] was not honored the waranty we offer because her account was resolved leagally and therefore did not go full term in compliance with the waranty we provide. Hence, [redacted] did not receive the extended waranty.Thank you for your time Gregory S

Review: I have been a customer of Colortyme for approximate for 6 months. I have been late on my bill on two - three occasions. Each time I was late I would call the company and tell them I would be late and when I will make payment. Never have I made a promise that I would pay and failed to pay, and my late payment was never over one week late. Although I had already called them to let them know payment was late I still got threatening collection calls from them throughout the week. The manager, [redacted] is the worst manager that I have ever encountered. He has no professionalism about himself at all. Obviously, he has taught staff members to be as rude and unprofessional as he is. I have asked them on numerous occasions to stop calling my cell phone during business hours because my phone is for business use. I have told [redacted] and his staff I was with a customer at the time they called and please stop calling me. They continue to call me every few minutes disturbing me from doing my job. As I explained to [redacted] and his staff my occupation is an outside sales rep. My phone is used to take care of my professional business. It's very rude and unprofessional for a company to call you 5-7 times a day on a bill that's only 1 week late and only is $30 per week.

Review: My Daughter rented some merchandise from this company and owes money. They have lied and said that this merchandise was delivered to my address which it wasnt. My daughter doesnt live with me. The merchandise isnt with me. I dont talk to my daughter or know where she is. They have called my house and harassed my husband and I for several months. They have come to the house, put stickers on our door. We have told them we dont know where she is or the merchandise. They said because she put us down as a reference which as far as im concerned anyone can put anyone down as a reference. That they can do whatever they want to us. My husband has lung and brain cancer and seizures when he is upset. Im on disability. We have offer for them to come to house and go thru all the rooms. They dont want to do that. This has gotten so bad. We dont know what to do.Desired Settlement: They need to leave us alone

Review: I purchased a t.v form color tyme and the 1st t.v I had went bad in less than a year so after weeks of them trying to find me a replacement they finally decided to get me a brand new T.V at the same cost that I was still paying on. Now the t.v is about 1 year and 6 months old it has stopped working will only click no, no picture will not even come up. So I called them today and beacuse I paid off the t.v early that voided my warranty how can they be?? Why would they voided my warranty that's right cause I paid it off early and they could not charge me anymore outstanding prices. I feel that Color Tyme is not selling high quality products if they were I would not of had 2 t.v go bad in a 2-3 year span. This is very poor customer services and I will let my friends and family know how they treat their customer. They never told told me until after T.V was paid off that voided my warranty they tell you that you can do payments or 90 days same as cash but forget to tell you if you pay it off early no warranty very miss leading if you ask me.Desired Settlement: I would like to see Color Tyme honor my warranty fix my T.V. Show great customer service remember the the customer is always right. I did my part you guys need to do your part.

Review: We received furniture from colortyme. When the couch was delivered it had cat scratches on it. When we went to return it they refused to take it because of the damage. Although my cats had scratched it more it was not a significant amount more which was observed by the employee's (one of them being the same person who delivered it) who were picking up the furniture. We offered to pay for the damages and they refused, we also said we would like to buy it outright but at a discounted price because it already had damage. One of the men who delivered it was honest and admitted that there was damage when it was delivered several times and stated that in the phone calls between he and I since the incident. We have continued paying our bill and call them at least once a week to see if they have gotten with the owner about discounting the price. The answer is always no or that the owner has not gotten back to them, and in the meantime our interest rate is just building and costing us more money which isn't right.Desired Settlement: We have been perfect customers and always pay our bill on time. We would like either for them to meet us in the middle with a discount on the cost of the furniture, OR for them to take back the couch and for the matter to be settled.
