The company failed to deliver services, was unable to be reached on multiple attempts, and has not refunded my money despite numerous attempts.The company was scheduled to clean my apartment. I paid in advanced as they require. On the day of scheduled cleaning no one showed up. I called every possible listed phone number and left multiple voice messages. I e-mail multiple people about this as well. When a contact person contacted me it was a "middle man" who would not give me the direct contact information for the company. I have been emailing this "middle man" for weeks now. She is saying she has relayed my need for a refund to the owner. No one has contacted me regarding the refund. The company has now has my money for over a month and never delivered services and is unable to be reached and does not return my replies. Desired SettlementI would like my refunded money. Additionally I would like to file a formal complaint against this business so this does not happen to other consumers (although Revdex.com website indicates it has now happened to multiple people). This has caused unneeded stress and financial stress. This is unacceptable for a business to perform in this way.Business Response [redacted] refund was issued yesterday for $76.00. We answer our phone lines and emails daily and I never received a call from her. The issue was brought to my attention this week via email and was resolved yesterday. Consumer Response I did receive the refund. I have never talked to a live person via phone for any number associated with this company; it always directs to obscure voicemail boxes. I received horrible service, employee damaged goods in my home. I was refused a refund. I was promised payment for damages but never received them. I contacted [redacted] regarding cleaning service for my apt. [redacted] responded. I was told for a deep cleaning it would be $125.00 but they were running a special for $105.00. She emailed me what the service included. I asked if she used organic products, she said that they did. I agreed to the cleaning. A person from her company showed up at my house with no organic products. She had some regular ones and I gave her some of my organic products. I only had a few because I hadn't anticipated having to clean. At one point I went into the master bathroom and found my brand new white cotton cloth shower curtain had gray stains all over it. I asked her about it she said that it was from her grabbing the top of the curtain rod, then she cleaned it. She got to the kitchen which was to include cleaning inside, outside and behind the stove and frig. She didn't do either and I asked her about it. She said you want, I do. It was on the list for deep cleaning Ms. [redacted] sent me. She never cleaned around the stove nor frig. Later when I called to complain about the service I received, Ms [redacted] stated that the stove and frig were extra. I asked her why did she have it listed on the deep cleaning services. She had no answer. Later that day all of the mirrors were smeared and streaked. The televisions were never touched. She took an incense holder and dumped on the carpet to vacuum rather than throw in the trash. It left a stain in my carpets from the oils. I had to get them cleaned. The tile in the master bathroom had blue stains in the grout I guess from whatever product she used for cleaning, they weren't there before she started. In the morning the new white shower curtain had a moon shaped yellow stain on the bottom third of it. There was dampness in the master bedroom for three days. In my office I have no idea what she did the smell took three days of running an air purifier around the clock before I could walk back into it. It also triggered my asthma. I called Ms [redacted] to complain. She offered to pay for the dry cleaning of my shower curtain and to re clean my home. She gave me a day and time for the re cleaning which she later changed to another day and time. At that point I asked for my money back, she refused saying they don't give refunds only re-cleaning but would pay for the shower curtain. I refused to have her company come back to my home because of the shoddy job done the first time, then I was given a date to make amends and that was changed. As far as I'm concerned this company had shown no integrity. If they had been to my home a few times before and had done a great job and come in and had a screw -up I would have chalked this up to a fluke. This was a nightmare that kept getting worse. She called a few weeks later to ask if I received the check for the dry cleaning I stated no and she re-verified my address and to this day I have not received a penny from her it's been 7 weeks. Ms [redacted] told me they were a new company as a reason for the shoddy work. She also said the girl should have had organic products with her. "I train them but what they do in the field....". What they do in the field represents you and your company.Desired SettlementI would like a refund total of $131.88 which includes the original $105.00 paid to Coloso Cleaning services plus $26.88 for what I paid for the dry cleaning of my shower curtain.Business Response This customer was quoted a price via [redacted]. This client told me she had the organic cleaning products that she wanted us to use, therefore the cleaner took minimal products with her. The client accused us of staining her curtain with bleach although we do not use bleach products for that very same reason. She called and screamed at me over the phone, was rude and extremely disrespectful. She lowered herself even to name calling. I was out of the office when she called but I answered her call and apologized and offered a repeat clean by a different crew and to send me a receipt for the dry cleaning of the curtain and I would gladly pay it. I told her that I thought we had availability for a certain date/time, but that I would confirm once I returned to the office. When I realized that time and date was completely booked I tried to offer another time frame. She refused, yelled at me again and said I am a sorry business owner. I sent payment for her dry cleaning to her address twice. She never told me that she hasn't received the payment. I have no problem paying the customer for the dry cleaning because although we do not use bleach products (and obviously bleach wouldn't come out anyways) the client says my employee did it and I understand accidents happen. We offered a redo of her home free of charge and she refused it, it clearly states on our website as well as thumbtack that we offer re-do cleanings, not cash refunds. I was never aware of carpet issues or ANY of the other issues stated in her complaint. I am not sure why she took it to this level, but as she was disrespectful to me and to my employee, I can only imagine she is that way with everyone. Like I offered before, she is still entitled to the dry clean money, if she prefers to pick it up at our office she is more than welcome to. We also have no problem cleaning her home again no cost. I am truly sorry for the cleaning going wrong, but if you check our online reviews or ask any of our clients, they will all tell you that our customer services is excellent and our cleaners do a wonderful job.
