Dear MsVice PresidentI have read the submitted response provided by *** *** *** * *** LLC owned by *** *** and I must admit, her libel statements prove to be both untruthful and a defamation of my company's character as well as my own. Ms*** claims that I have posted fraudulent and defamatory reviews about her competing company; However, by the end of this letter I will prove both that her statement is incorrect and represents a summary of HER recent actions.*** *** *** * *** LLC does not service the same cities as Colossal ContractorsBy that definition, We are not competing companies. The fact is that we do not service the same areas. As shown in attachment *** ***'s response to *** ***'s post, blames my company directly for the review that he has left for her company regarding all three occurrences of this compliant*** *** has taken it upon herself without any evidence to make accusations against my company unethically, in a fraudulent and defamatory way, claiming we have created a fake account and a fake review against her companyAs you can see in the screenshot the post was not created nor posted by Colossal Contractors which is the Only account postings and reviews by my person or company are titled underI am not *** ***. If we were to look at a history of fraudulent reviews we can look no further than attachment Attachment is a deceitful review that *** *** has left for her own company, and responded to by her own company, in order to mislead consumers into believing that she was a consumer herselfI would even question the validity of the other reviews in relation to *** *** *** and painting LLC Profiles.Furthermore and more concerning, and I quote Ms ***, "these reviews were reported to *** (attachment 1) Independently investigated by ***, and determined by *** to be associated with MrT***'s personal information and or IP address, and subsequently removed". Ms ***, clearly has an issue with stating facts, she continues to publish libel that has now created damaging effects to my company's financialsMs*** also clearly expresses her her knowledge and understanding that these actions are illegal, unethical and not worthy of a Revdex.com A+ rating for that would undermine The Revdex.com's credibility; However, she has demonstrated through her actions of contacting the Revdex.com and providing you with not just misleading but untruthful and unlawfully informationShe has attempted to deceive the Revdex.com with her lies and fabricated evidence. Again please look at attachment very carefullyIt would be important to specifically look at the link at the end of the email, specifically the section regarding data center physical security. I am rejecting this response because: [redacted], on behalf of Colossal Contractors, is still posting fraudulent and defamatory reviews about our competing business. On three separate occasions within the past 30 days, our company has received counterfeit reviews produced by Mr. T[redacted] and/or his associates. These reviews were reported to [redacted] (see attachment 1) independently investigated by [redacted], and determined by [redacted] to be associated with Mr. T[redacted]’s personal information and/or IP address, and subsequently removed (see attachment 2). After each removal, Mr. T[redacted] has followed by posting another fraudulent review in another outlet (see attachment 3). Not only is harassing and attempting to defame a competitor bad business practice, it is also illegal. A false statement of fact that hurts our business is not protected by the right to free speech, nor is it ethically sound- and a business who practices such tactics is not deserving of a Revdex.com A+ rating, or else it completely undermines Revdex.com credibility. We will consider this dispute resolved when the fraudulent reviews against our company are removed from all outlets, and when the [redacted] ceases his harassment and provoking conduct against our company. We simply want Mr. T[redacted] to leave our company alone. We collaborated on several projects together over two years ago, and when we indicated that we had separate goals for our companies, and would no longer be collaborating in the future, Mr. T[redacted] became hostile and resorted to many (unsuccessful) attempts to extort our company, as well as hold us accountable for his failed business ventures. It is apparent that Mr. T[redacted] still holds a vendetta over 2 years later- however, the fact of the matter is: unethical, illegal, and fraudulent business practices, as well as harassment of a competitor, should not be tolerated. Green Mountain holds ethical and legal business practice to high regards, and a Revdex.com accredited business should hold the same standards.
