The consumer is more than welcome to come to the pharmacy and I will provide him with the current cost we are paying the wholesaler to validate the current prices charged to the consumer. The consumer was charged cost plus 20% which is in accordance with the pricing terms in effect for this consumer and IS NOT inflated. Additionally the pharmacy billing is not behind as statements are sent out 30-60 days after consumption of medications or supplies based upon the dispensing system utilized by the facility the consumer's wife resides in. As a measure of goodwill I will credit the consumer the price difference for 8 cases.
