Products good but customer service is lackingThey have product giveaways but don't stand by themI went to purchase a few items just so I can get a free product they were offering at a specific timeI went to their website,ordered and waited for the specific time but nothing showedSo I assumed that maybe the product would be added to my purchaseAn hour later they stated in one of their social medias that you had to add it yourself and it should show up in cartIt didn'tSo I emailed them notifying them of this issueThey gave me a basic template reply and said sorryI could cancel the order and reorder but then I notice after I received the reply from them ,my order already shipped Just felt a little disappointed and dismissed

I have made several orders with Colourpop and have been very satisfied with their serviceAll orders were shipped and received in a timely manner and I've never received any damaged itemsThe products are of excellent quality, reasonably priced and are manufactured in the United States To be fair, I will say I've had very minimal experience with their customer service department but the time I did contact them they were very polite and helpful in resolving my issue

Colourpop has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with They do not even offer a phone number to reach them, just an email on their website I received a defective product that would not open There was literally two caps on the item and the second one would not budge I emailed them asking to replace the defective item and they wanted pictures in which I sent them a video They responded back by stating that I had purchased the products over two weeks ago and it is past their return policy I purchased it as a gift for my daughter who is away at college who did not pick it up till a while later when she came home to visitThe product only cost $4.95...come on They act like it cost hundreds and I am trying to rip them off! Sad part is that I have spend hundreds on their products I am disappointed because I just love their productshowever this has ended my relationship with them I will never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone else

Absolutely terrible companyThey send out faulty products, shipments missing items, denies any responsibility, and does not respond to customer emailsThey have no number to call so there is no other way to get ahold of someoneI will never order from them again

It took only business days to process my order, which is less than I thought I would be, as my confirmation letter said 3-7daysI received a confirmation on shipping and was able to track my package the whole wayMy package arrived safely and everything was in placeEverything in my package was intact and I had no problems at allIt was very much a smooth transaction

This guys doesn't even have phone number for a reason

My personal experience with this business is I paid for lip color and never received

They do not have the best problem soloving customer service team. They are not sympathetic, not understanding , give you generic template responses with Hey Hun, Hey babe , Hey Girl, XOX .. And is never the same person responding, I wish they had a contact phone number to reach, oppose to using the email system, it never gets done or things come out wrong in email. Im starting to feel this company acts very good at trying to have great resolving, people skills and but reality want your money. I get all others do...But to get my money you need to provide me with the best customer possible to continue business. They are good company and of course that potential is there. But customer service, shipping & delivery is important.

I think Colourpop is amazing and love love love their makeup! Its very affordable and high quality! Thank you Colourpop for being so amazing :)

I have ordered from Colourpop four different times - all different types of makeup products. Service has always been acceptional and shipping fast. My packages arrived safely and intact.

The product themselves are also unbelievable!

While I hear their cosmetics are great, I will say this is not true for their customer service. They give out "promotion codes" promising discount but it can't be applied to your order. When it comes through and you let them know, they blow you off with "you can use it on your next order". Well, if I can't use it when I actually order, I'll never order again. Extremely dissatisfied .
