On April 1st Ms*** submitted an inquiry questioning the performance of the product ordered to which we have responded and can be seen in the attachedWe have reassured Ms*** that the formula on our products are made for long wearHowever, Ms*** was not satisfied with our reply and sent in
another email asking the same question to which we have additionally informed her that the product was not expired due to the recorded batch number within our system of the products purchased. Customer placed an order on March 8th which we have shipped on March 10th.  Upon the time of placing the order, the customer provided us an incomplete shipping address to which the courier could not deliver the package in an efficient manner.  Customer reached out to us specifying that...

they would like to have the order reshipped to them which we responded is not an issue.  However, and because we do not keep the fees for shipping and simply collect them to pay the postage dues, the fault of the customer not providing complete mailing information, we will have to charge another reshipment fee to the courier in order to have the item reshipped.  Customer refuses to pay the reshipment fee.  We then informed customer once the returned package is received, we will issue a full refund.  Shipping information that the customer provided to us at the time the order was placed is attached as proof of incomplete information given.  This is due to the fault of the customer that the package was not able to be delivered.
