Colours by Clifford Kelly

On May 25th 2015, Clifford Kelly and I property owner in Chambersburg PA agreed upon his business Colours by Clifford Kelly to conduct a series of home improvements to our property such as painting an upstairs bedroom and putting new carpeting in this room as well as painting the homes front pillarsClifford excepted a check for from the property ownerClifford took payment that day and cashed the check the following dayClifford was physically at this property three times and his painter who did the majority of the painting is originally a landscaper, and dry wall manThis individual expressed his unfamiliarity with the painting process.The painting was suspect and not done any better than what I could have doneI expected more quality painting due to this being Clifford's profession, and expertiseTo make a long story short Clifford would say he would be coming to the house on a particular day and would not show or would state a specific time and arrive an hour to hour and a half later then what he said on a regular basisClifford's professionalism was lacking as he would not speak to my spouse and would only want to speak to me As of August 18th the pillars were completed and bedroom had touch ups completedAs of today September 15th no carpet has been installed into the bedroomClifford asked the home owner to remove old carpet out of the specified bedroom to help him out to make the process go quickerThis home owner did so and this carpet laid outside in the driveway from May until August 18th when this home owner asked the painter to remove it from our propertyClifford has given us the run around the whole entire time and has taken our kindness as weaknessIt seemed as Clifford was robbing Peter to pay Paul and was only interested in the check this home owner had written to himAfter the check was cashed we became an after thought and were not a priorityClifford needs to make good on his promises or give this customer a refund for the uninstalled carpetThis customer has attempted to speak to Clifford in regards to refund with no success
