Dear Revdex.com, In response to the above complaint, which is the first in YearsColpi Di Sole never made claims that we are solely responsible for organic hair services in NJOur Keratin is Clearly advertised as NON Toxic, not organicA non toxic keratin treatment is used in my salon, we clearly inform all our clients that harsh detergents, chemicals and sulfates may dimish the results if the hair is not properly cared for once they leave the salonWe honor all our promotions and have a solid reputation of great results and consistencyI am in business since 1990, have owned a number of wonderful salons and educate in the industry, I have a list of hundreds of satisfied clients, which can easily be providedNot to mention this is the first derogatory complaint against my business in yearsI am very sorry [redacted] is not happy, I have an excellent reputation and pride myself on integrityUpon further research on-line I discovered the client appears to have numerous complaints against quite a number of beauty industry businessesSuperb client referrals and a remarkable reputation speak volumes about meI send this person love and light and wish them the best alwaysBest Always Maria Colpi Di Sole

I am rejecting this response because:The owner of Colpi not only owes me money, but is also making false accusations regarding her business. She states that mine is the first complaint in thirty years, which with a quick search on [redacted], is seen to be yet another fabrication. In July of this year, Colpi's organic keratin ruined a pregnant woman's hair and you not only did not refund her money but you even accused her of making it up (more lies). As a business owner, it is imperative to remain transparent, amenable, and non-aggresive, as you acted towards me and the other woman. Obviously this is egregious behavior resulting in monetary losses for several in the community and I will take further action if necessary.

Upon further research on-line I discovered the client appears to have numerous complaints against quite a number of beauty industry businesses.
