This company provides horrible service, they changed delivery dates an hour before the scheduled delivery time, claiming it would not fit on their truck and they needed to rent one(They had my item on site for days prior, it would be conceivable that we should know what would fit on their truck?) When the men arrived, they were ill prepared to deliver a large item, and informed me that they were in the truck they always use, which means I was lied to and my delivery postponed for no reason The men tried to put out the lift gate and determined they needed to pull forward but they never put the lift gate up and they dragged it down my not even year old asphalt driveway leaving a gouge They left the item in a location not where I asked it to be put in the driveway because they couldn't move it anymore with one pallet jack This company is ammature at best and their customer service is just as bad

First, their drivers attempted to deliver furniture to a minor aged years oldNever asked for an adult, nor did they ask to rechedule as an adult was NOT presentThe company made two unsuccessful attempts to contact me- this should have been the queue to rescheduleIn addition, their driver asked my year old to write his name on the line stating they took the sofa back, he NEVER checked anything off, this was done by their staff! I was NEVER abusive to the people I spoke to, nor did I threaten anyoneI simply stated I would contact my attorney if they were not going to fix my door that their staff damaged badly! I own a family house, both front doors were installed at the same time, only mine was severly damagedWhen I called Tuesday, their sdtaff was unable to help- no one had a clue as to when i'd get a call backI sent my pictures over today, to prompt a response since I had yet to hear back from their claims deptClaims manager stated not only did I sing, (which I didn't) but I was passed the claims time, I was NEVER made aware of a time Cap as I never made contact with these people for them to advise me of thisWe dont use our front entrance, our driveway provides access to the rear entry, this is why the damage wasnt noticed till afterwardsIf they had rescheduled when they noticed no adults were home, and they called twice (both the driver and the office) but made no contactThe manager was unwilling to provide her managers name until I brought up the lawyer, and was suddenly apologetic Sincerely, [redacted]

I myself had scheduled and confirmed delivery with this customer On 05/when she called our office demanding to have her delivery scheduled to her discretion I did in fact schedule with her for 05/she than confirmed her delivery time window on 05/So if she had in fact confirmed all this why would she have left a minor child home alone to accept a delivery in which she had scheduled and confirmed herselfI have spoken to my team on site and they stated the item never even went thru tohe door therefore they would not have caused the damage as the damage to the door is dirt smudges going up higher than half way we don't deliver or attempt to deliver dirt covered furniture and according to my team a man the size of a body builder with facile hair and kept referring to the customer as his girl must've ordered the sofaI have sent this claim to upper management to handle and will follow up on 05/

Never asked for an adult, nor did they ask to rechedule as an adult was NOT present. The company made two unsuccessful attempts to contact me- this should have been the queue to reschedule. In addition, their driver asked my 13 year old to write his name on the line stating they took the sofa back, he NEVER checked anything off, this was done by their staff! I was NEVER abusive to the people I spoke to, nor did I threaten anyone. I simply stated I would contact my attorney if they were not going to fix my door that their staff damaged badly! I own a 2 family house, both front doors were installed at the same time, only mine was severly damaged. When I called Tuesday, their sdtaff was unable to help- no one had a clue as to when i'd get a call back. Review: I purchased a sofa from [redacted] on 11/7 and was told Colt would call to set up delivery; they called to inform me that they would be there on a day when I was out of town. We set up another delivery date for 11/21 and they informed me they'd call to confirm; they never did. I called them, and they informed me that someone who worked there had mistakenly put the delivery in for 11/22, when I will again be out of town. I took 11/21 as an unpaid day off; so now, I have no couch, and no pay. They didn't seem to care, nor did they attempt to fix the problem. We rescheduled for Tuesday 11/26, 2 days before T-giving. They said they will call to confirm (although they said the same thing before, and didn't). I called [redacted] to see if they could help and they looked on the Colt schedule, and it seems that Colt can't deliver on the 26th after all; they have to deliver on the 27th, even though Colt told me the 26th. So the week of Thanksgiving, with 20 people arriving for dinner, I may -- or may not -- be couchless. Colt was rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help or confirm anything. I have also contacted director of operational excellence at [redacted] corporate to file a formal complaint against this subcontractor.Desired Settlement: I want my couch delivered to my home on Tuesday 11/26 between the hours of 2pm - 5 pm. Ideally I would like to have it on Monday 11/25.

In response to this complaint. Colt express had tried and offered Ms. [redacted] a minimun of 3 different delivery date offers in which she had declined.Our offie had left repeated messages for Ms [redacted] tha went unanswered. Colt express agreed to schedule the delivery upon her request of 11/26 first stop of 8-10am which was successful. Her place of purchase confused her by stating we couldnt deliver on the day of her request. Colt express did make that happen on the date and time Ms [redacted] wanted.
