Yea, I have lived here for about years and the only reason I have not moved is because...well I hate movingI just got back from the office and, for one they can NOT keep helpThat place turns over so often it is insaneIn the two years I have been here I don't think any one manager has lasted more than a couple of monthsThey had one guy that was AWESOME..her really took interest in the community and tried to give great customer service but he was gone pretty fast tooAnyhow I just got back from the office because I lost my fob to get into the laundry facilityThis fob costs next to nothingI would be surprised if it cost more than a few cents..maybe a buck if they were charged a mark upThey want me to pay $for a new oneDoes not matter if I have been a good paying customer or not...$Does not matter if I am going to go on line and tell you how bad they are$ Does no matter that my lease is up soon and could lose a good paying renter over something so dumb$To boot the laundry facility charges you in such a way that you will never spend down your cashThey give you a card that you have to put $or more dollars on and it is $to use the wash machineAnd if you ask them for a refund on your existing balance they have no idea how to do that
They also seem to be very disorganizedI have had workers come into my apartment a couple of times uninvited because they had some work order to do whatever for something I didn't ask forI have had notices on my door saying they are coming in (like it or not) to do some kind of inspection where the notice says it was delivered two days ago and it was just that same day they said they are coming inI don't pay for a place to live in the barracksI pay my rent either early or on time every time, don't cause issuesLeave me a lone and give me good customer serviceThat is all I ask

I would be surprised if it cost more than a few cents..maybe a buck if they were charged a mark up. They want me to pay $50 for a new one. Does not matter if I have been a good paying customer or not...$50. Does not matter if I am going to go on line and tell you how bad they are$50. Does no matter that my lease is up soon and could lose a good paying renter over something so dumb. $50. To boot the laundry facility charges you in such a way that you will never spend down your cash. They give you a card that you have to put $5 or more dollars on and it is $1.40 to use the wash machine. And if you ask them for a refund on your existing balance they have no idea how to do that.

I am the Community Manager but not at the time of Mr. [redacted] & Mr. [redacted] move in here at Colter Park Apartments. Please see the attachment that clearly shows Mr. [redacted] & Mr. [redacted] move in cost that was paid short by $20.03 upon move in. You can also refer to the attached...

ledger that shows that Mr. [redacted] & Mr. [redacted] have paid short resulting in the additional small balance in the amount of $3.34 which brings you to the total of the balance due letter they received in the amount of $23.37. We have discussed the reasons for this balance due with both  Mr. [redacted] & Mr. [redacted] and advised them that there are no late fees involved. They need to pay the balance due to clear the account to a zero balance.Thank You,[redacted],  Community Manager, Colter Park Apartment Homes
