This business has the worst customer service! I was yelled at by an employee for asking her to clip more skin off of my toes! She was rude and her behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary! The owner was just as rude stating if I did not like her work then I can go somewhere else! I couldn't believe I as a paying customer was being ganged up on! I believe if Iam having a service done that I should be satisfied with what Iam paying for! Furthermore no one deserves to be treated this way for simply addressing a minor detail that can be easily rectified! All I want is for others to be aware of their rudeness and lack of customer satisfaction! I was not happy with how I was treated or the less than stellar job of my pedicure! Despite their extreme rudeness I still paid for the service! As a consumer I should reserve the right to walk out of a hostile situation such as this without fear of being arrested for refusal to pay if I was unhappy with the service! This business needs to do better and be willing to please their paying customers to keep them coming back! They need us more than we need them!
