Columbia Basin Exteriors, did excellent work on our roof contracted in May 2018 and completed mid June 2018. We would recommend them for the roof. However, our siding still remains undone. We never heard from the original siding subcontractor nor could we get a contact number for him. We have yet to hear from our point of contact, Zach. Our calls to him went unanswered. After contacting the company, we were given another number to call and were referred to another siding subcontractor who has been out to the house. The siding guy arranged for the siding to be installed the end of October 2018. The work has not started because CBX did not submit the paper work necessary to get our siding on, so the contractor can't do his job. CBX has not returned his calls either and prices have increased, Our insurance company is now involved. CBX has fallen through, given us the run around, not taken the initiative nor a commitment to resolve this issue - we have done the work and Zach is still listed as our point of contact. Extremely unimpressed with this company is an understatement. We are not filing a complaint as of yet, but are well on our way.

They were easy to communicate with and they know their stuff. Crews are fast, clean up excellent. My roof looks great.

I am very pleased with Columbia Basin Exteriors work and their project manager who assisted me and answered all my questions. He was available when the claims adjuster came and provided valuable information to ensure I received the best service possible from my insurance carrier. I would recommend CBX to friends and neighbors, and would not hesitate to use them again it the need arose.

I contacted Hunter at CBX and he immediately responded and scheduled an appointment with me. At the appointment, he took the time to discuss everything with me regarding timelines and time frames. Hunter has been great to work with throughout the process!

My metal roof was replaced by them this month. I was very impressed with their oversight to make sure everything went well. They also upgraded my roof vents since the ones in place were not the right ones. The roof looks great and my flowers around my home were not damaged. One of the managers took time to sit down with me and explain how insurance works and what I could expect. Whenever I called them about questions I had, they were always took time to explain to me. I really like their customer service! They are a really amazing company. They have been honest with me and very helpful. This was my first homeowners claim and they have made the whole process pleasant. One of their roofers actually fixed a cover I had over my firewood with the metal left over from the roof! Very unexpected but shows one that is company is one that allows for "extras" for their clients and appreciates their help. Just a really nice company to do business with. And last, but not least, their give generous gift cards for referrals that sign up! :D

Rep was on time for the appointment. Answered all our questions after explaining what they would do and what my responsibility would be.

I was very impressed with Columbia Basin Exteriors. Their crew arrived at 6:00 am and they were done with the roof by noon, which says great things about their work ethic. They were meticulously clean throughout the entire process, and were obviously well-trained--the roof was stripped and re-shingled properly.
There was great communication throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had superior service from the project manager (Branson B) who oversaw my roofing project. He saw to it that the work was completed as per the contract and in a quality manner. Branson was always available to answer questions that I had, and I had a lot of them. He was very professional, courteous anf available through the entire project. I got exact what I contracted for, and he went above and beyond doing a few extras. Would hire him again any time in the future. Highly recommended.

Eric and Teagon and the employees provided hail damage repairs to our roof and siding in a timely manner - working with both us and the insurance company.
I was impressed with the work ethic of the employees and would recommend them.

I have been very happy with the services we have received. Our project manager has kept us informed every step of the way and the crew that completed our roof were fast but efficient.

We hired Branson at CBX to do a roofing job due to a hail storm that caused significant damage. A crew showed up Monday June 25, 2018 at approximately 4:37 pm and finished taking off the shingles and left at 8:25 pm. They didn’t clean up the threw food containers, nails, trash, cigarette butts and beer caps all over my property and street. They were drinking on my roof and throwing caps all over. The next morning I awoke to them hammering away at 6:25 am. Branson was notified about the crew drinking and condition of my home that they left it in. He arrived and stated he too that morning found more beer caps. They were again drinking beer while doing my roof. Branson apologized and said he handled it. The crew finished the roof and left without cleaning up but left even more beer caps. The crew was drunk in the morning doing my roof! To make matters worse I stepped outside only to see the wrong color shingles on the roof and white drip edging on my house. I never chose a color for that certainly not white. I saw many issues of poor service from the ground. Branson came back said he didn’t know where to start he was waiving half my deductible and would fix this and make it right and the crew was fired. Nobody came back, nobody called. I had another roofing company inspect the roof to tell me how bad it really was and it’s really bad. Vents are not secured, improper layering of shingles, drip edges are all jagged and exposing areas, prior material still on the home, the barrier isn’t attached properly, shingles lift in most places. They bent my soffit, broke plants, layered too many shingles in spots not enough in others and there’s now a hump on my roof in one of the valleys. Neighbors are complaining, it looks terrible and I was assured by another company wind will test off a lot of shingles and I have a lot of spots open to water penetration. That’s not everything just all I could remember. I’m unsure of the companies desire to fix this & shingles are poor quality.
