Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [ I contacted the business today, 217, Christopher store manager answered the call, he was very rude He was yelling and barely allowed me to speak as he spoke over me He said he will only settle for half the price $for the cleaning services and $because I am a good customer and requested that I reach out to the manufactures of the coat for the rest of the money I informed him I do not agree with his settlement offer and would refer back to the Revdex.com, that was the end of the callThis Business fails to honor written policy regarding damaging a customers belongings I have attached a picture of the back of business receipt that displays company policy that is NOT being honored, pictures of the damaged coat after business dry cleaned it and a picture of the new purchased coat Good customers SHOULD not suffer damages to their own pockets held by a businesses unprofessional handling and deliverance of serviceI am strongly disappointed in the businesses handling of this situation, I would never recommend this business to anyone, very unprofessional and NOT long-term business mindedMy sympathy goes out to any customers that may fall victim to their unprofessional practices] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

This people have outright rob me, I after personally speaking with Jerry, him taking my order, I paid in full head $ in FEB my "dirty harry" holster would be deliver by JUL I have not received my holster as of JAN 2017, I have called both their numbers over times, they don't return any call, they are regular CON MEN I WANT MY HOLSTER OR MY MONEY BACK

As per the complaint response to me as a manager of the store, If she (*** ***) feels that I am not telling the truth about the problem at hand then there is nothing I can do anything about itAs I stated from the last reply I made, I will still stick for what I have said beforeAnd this company has been doing this for many years nowReading label and instructions from inside of any clothing such as jackets, pants, shirts, blouses and dresses etc especially those are delicates before cleaning are Standard Operating Procedure for themThank You

[ I contacted the business today, 2/**/17, Christopher store manager answered the call, he was very rude.  He was yelling and barely allowed me to speak as he spoke over me.    He said he will only settle for half the price.  $38.00 for the cleaning services and $40.00 because I am a good customer and requested that I reach out to the manufactures of the coat for the rest of the money.  I informed him I do not agree with his settlement offer and would refer back to the Revdex.com, that was the end of the call. Review: We brought a brand new homecoming dress in to be altered in length by a little bit. My daughter tried the dress on with her shoes and had the lady pin the dress to the desired length and that was on the ground, with the back being longer in a train fashion, so she had to pick it up as she walked it needed only a couple inches altered. When we got the dress back and she tried it on it was ankle length and so short it was so horrible looking it was devastating. The lady just kept telling me she could sew the material back on but I explained to her that it would look like a patch work quilt and it it was three layers one of silk and two of sheer fabric, so it wouldn't work. she wouldn't tell the owner of the business or her manager and she wouldn't let me speak with them. I asked them to pay for the damages and replace the dress this was on Wednesday 10/29/14, I had to order another dress and have it overnighted on 10/30/14 to arrive on Friday 10/31/14 in time for the dance Saturday, 11/1/14. We were lucky they had one, but I had to spend the money to purchase two dresses and I paid to have the first one altered and they messed it up. It also was the worst hemming job I have ever seen, it was crooked, twisted, and gathered. I was so very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I believe they should reimburse me for the dress they ruined and the alteration fee's
