I received your email saying that you did not receive a response from Columbia CourtThey, ***, emailed me in 10/20/saying that they mailed a refund checkTo date I still have not received thisI emailed [redacted] asking her if it was sent via certified mail and received "No [redacted] it was sent by regular mail!"I then asked [redacted] to look into whether the check had been cashed or not so we can determine if it was taken or if it was lost in the mailThe company continues to deliver horrible customer serviceThis is my money that they took illegally and continue to do nothing to try to fix their mistakeI would greatly appreciate any help you can giveI emailed [redacted] saying you had no received a response from them, per your email, and she states that's not correctI am exhausted with having to fight for my money like thisPlease let me know if there's anything you can doThank you, [redacted]

her stating that we would refund her monies to her as soon as we verified the account did not come back as NSFThis would take place the first of the following weekThis conversation had taken place before she filed a complaint with Revdex.com
The Club has taken the appropriate action on this matter and we feel her complaint is not validShe was not treated rudely as you can see from our conversations with herAs stated in our e-mail we did tell her, that the membership was cancelled on 9-30-15, the day she sent us the appropriate forms to verify her movePlease note her e-mail where she states that she waited several weeks to e-mail the information, as she said "I forgot to e-mail it"

Thank you for you that information! I have attached the FULL conversation between Columbia Court and myself in regards to my refund. I highlighted the part where Mary states I would not get charged again. I also recently emailed her because I still have not received the refund check, which I updated your business about earlier this week. In regards to having not been treated rudely I wish that I could have recorded the phone conversations but as they were not recorded there is nothing I can do to prove that. As per Mary's comment to note where I said that I forgotten to to email the forms earlier, I originally cancelled my account in August in-person and gave mail then and was told everything was cancelled. When I was charged again in September I called to find out why and the front desk girl said she remembered me and would see what was going on and then I was informed my piece of mail did not qualify, even though paperwork had already been signed but since they said it did not qualify I did not argue it and accepted the September charge and sent the appropriate paperwork to avoid getting charged again. Hence the frustration when I was yet again charged in October. This has been the worst company I have ever worked with. As you can see in my most recent emails with Mary about not having received the refund check yet how 'helpful' this company has been. I just want this issue resolved so I never have to deal with them again. Please let me know if you need any further information.
