The Columbia Discount Homes office did not have internet service from Tuesday (10/10/16) until Tuesday (10/18/16)Consequently, we could not receive calls or retrieve messages left on the voice mail of our VOIP phones. We also had no email capability. The office land line phone was
working during this time, but Mr*** did not bother to call it. Also, Mr*** had visited my office in person at least a half a dozen times. However, he did not bother to stop by and discuss any of his concerns.Mr*** did visit my office on Thursdy (10/13). He did not indicate that he was upset at all and did not even tell me that he had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. He indicated that he was trying to buy a different lot on which to locate his home and wanted some information to provide to his local bank.When I got home Thursday evening and checked my email I was surprised and disappointed to see the Revdex.com complaintI immediately called Mr*** to express my surprise and disappointment. He responded that he had called the Revdex.com after leaving my office to inform them that his complaint had been resolved.It should be noted that the Missouri Public Commission regulates the site preparation for the placement of new mobile homes within the state. In the best interest of the customer, Columbia Discount Homes requested that a PSC inspector examine the mobile home park lot where Mr*** wished to place his homeThe PSC determined that the lot did not comply with their requirements. Columbia Discount Homes had absolutely nothing to do with the concrete or the grade of the lot in questionMr*** was completely incorrect about the house not being orderedThe truth is that the house has been built and awaiting shipment to Mr***.Mr*** called me this morning to say that he will not be able to get a loan from his bank at this time, but he would like to pursue purchasing a home from me in the futureI told him that I would submit a request for a refund his $2,deposit and the title to his trade-in.I consider this complaint to be completely unwarranted

The Service Manager will contact the customer and do a personal "walk through" of the home with them.

I have reviewed the business response and wish to provide my response to it.  Yes, the business agreed to do the work to have the lot prepared for the delivery of the home.  But, at this point, the work has not been scheduled to be done and until it is scheduled and completed, I do not feel that the resolution has been fulfilled by the business.  I want the business to contact my landlord to schedule the time to do this work.  After it is completely finished and is satisfactory inspected by me, then I will notify the Revdex.com that the resolution is acceptable and completed.
