I had problem with my truck. They promised to fix in 2-3 days and gave me invoice for $1430. After 10 days they called me and said they can't fix it and I had to tow the truck to the dealership. Instead of the initial amout $1430 I got bill on $2300 and they said it was because they spent more time on it. So I had to pay the bill, tow the truck absolutely with the same problem to the dealer. So I payed the money and lost 10 days for nothing!!! They said that for this money they made investigation of the problem and the reason was ECM and ACM had different mileage and the unit had to be reprogrammed by the dealer. I payed another $625 in the dealership but it still did not help. So, after spending about $3000 + towing, waitting for 2 weeks, I had the truck with the same problem. The reason was absolutely different and all that they did was worthless!!! For all this period my treiler was on their parking lot where they have storage fee $25 a day. When I finally fixed my truck and get there to take my treiler, there was a damage on it. When I Asked them to fix it, the answer was that that don't take any responsibility on that damege. So, as it is a rental treiler I have to fix and it will cost me about $1000. It's the worst place I have ever been.
