Ms [redacted] spoke with our member service representative requesting fees refunded to her because she believed that the site that charged the fee's was a pornographic siteFurther investigation of the website [redacted] was a perfume site in the city where Ms [redacted] works Our MSR relayed this information to Ms [redacted] and told her the process was to first contact the company to see if the funds could be refunded and then if not to fill out a dispute formMs [redacted] did not come into the office to fill out the dispute form and contacted us that she would be contacting the Revdex.com I believe that there would have been nothing that we could have done to satisfy this member
