We had Columbia Ice deliver water for many years and their service was fine and we had no complaints until we movedWe had purchased refillable bottles from them with the understanding that they are refundable upon returnBut when we moved and returned the bottles that cost **$ each, they did not refund our moneyI have contacted them numerous times requesting my refund, to deaf earsSo be aware that when you leave a company such as this, they seem to have no interest in you anymoreAnd make sure you hand deliver the bottles to their office and don't leave without your money

this company will not refund me the $*** it owes me for bottle deposits I paid them when I purchased water from them
Earlier this year I cancelled my water account with this companyAt the time I had four empty water bottles that I had paid a deposit of $*** eachThey told me to leave them out and they would pick them up and refund me my moneyAfter a month or more I called to say I hadn't received my refundThe office person told me she had processed it and sent it to the accounts departmentAnother month goes by and the same thing, I phone and am told the same storyI have now phoned four times in the last six months and still no refundI have asked to talk to the owner the last two times I phone and he is never in and doesn't return my callsI was also told that the person who has to issue the refund is the owner and he just works part time
