fire claim fully Our cause and origin expert has determined that the fire was an Arson, and a notice to the Texas Fire Marshall has been sent We have referred the claim to our Attorney *** *** for further investigation We have tendered payment to Ms***'s mortgage company At this time our investigation is open and continues

Furthermore, Columbia Lloyds will not give my mother a copy of their fire report. They do have a copy of hers by a competent fire chief. So why is it that their fire chief is the only one that knows about fires?
