DEAR Revdex.com,We have a spotless record with the Revdex.com as well as all of our customersOccasionally in this industry, you get a difficult buyer that doesn't want to follow the specific process, and then wants to claim they were given poor serviceOur record speaks for itself, and we did everything we could within reason to off set this buyers complete disregard to the process or reason An example is their comment in the last letter that all items were done but they still deny our responseThis is how difficult and unreasonable these people have been; people that just want to complain and stay angry, and no matter what you do, they will never be satisfiedNobody at our company understands this behavior and we are all appalled at their tenacity to complain and desire to hurt our companyIf that is their only goal there is nothing more we can do, and we are certain this is just how they live their lives', constantly complaining and never being satisfiedToo bad for them; we will continue to build quality homes, make big profits, sell homes quickly and efficiently while at the same time keeping buyers of our homes happyWe have built and sold 100's of homes over years collectively and have had difficult buyers, and this is one of themWe have a very specific process that is required to be followed for any repairsOur warranty is also very specificWhen the buyers don't follow the process, it really interferes with our ability to complete tasks in a timely fashionWhen we received the threat of a Revdex.com complaint, which had already been sent when we received that threat, we had been told that all items were completed or the buyer was going to take care of some items that were being requested, but not covered under warrantyRegardless as to how this ends up, we will continue offering the same quality service to our buyers, and we fully expect that most will not be so difficult and demanding Columbia Pacific Homes, LLC

Our warranty is also very specific.
