[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: CPAH keeps saying the exam provided was done properly...I am saying that that exam never would have been done if we were not going in for the grooming that injured my two dogs...it is that simple...that's why I want ALL my money back for that day...I was told it was REQUIRED TO BE DONE BEFORE GROOMING...which is why they were there..for grooming...if the immunizations HAD TO BE DONE...then I should be reimbursed for ALL THAT CPAH REQUIRED prior to grooming...regardless if the immunizations were done correctly...that is a mute point...the point is, ALL THE CHARGES WERE DONE FOR THE TWO DOGS TO GET GROOMED...THEREFORE, AFTER INJURING BOTH MY DOGS....ALL CHARGES FOR THE DAY SHOULD BE REIMBURSED, NOT JUST THE GROOMING THAT INJURED THEM....trying to say that it was my choice about the shots is not a true statement...and the facility has not tried to resolve this issue...cathy the manager asked how we could resolve this issue ONE time, and I said I wanted my money back for the day...she said no...very simple...they refunded only the grooming charges, an admission of guilt to me, but that does not resolve the fact they injured my dogs, nor does it restore my faith that they really WANT TO RESOLVE the problem...seems money is more important than the safety of my pets..or trying to solve problems when they happen....no excuse about administering the exam, or shots properly, solve what happened to my dogs by an unlicensed, uncertified groomer Regards, [redacted]

patients' medical records,
The hospital and boarding/grooming policy complies with the industry set of guidelines for canine and feline patientsThis includes the "core" vaccines that dogs and cats should receive (Distemper DHLPP and Rabies for dogs)Prior to receiving core vaccines including the distemper shot, the Veterinarian performs a physical exam to determine the patient's and health and fitness to get immunizedThen the veterinarian will administer the appropriate vaccinesThe hospital refunded the grooming Services as a courtesy due to client's dissatisfactionThe hospital did not refund the cost of the initial veterinary examination and COre immunization because these medical Services were properly provided and received,

Hello *** ***
I was able to speak with *** *** *** this morning
I stated that we had received
a letter and a phone call from *** *** with the Revdex.com
It was requested that we give you a call as you were vague about your complaint against *** and myself I was cut off with never mind, it doesn't matter I asked her if she would mind telling me what the complaint was and if there is something I could do to resolve this issue Her response was that there were many things and it doesn't matter any more
I stated our conversation again: So when I respond to *** *** I will tell her that we spoke, you told me it doesn't matter any more and that no further attention will be needed for this complaint *** ***'s response was "Yes" and she hung up the phone
Thank you for your help with this matter

Review: Unprofessionalism by managers [redacted] and [redacted], I have received an unfair treatment. It should be tahen care of right away.Desired Settlement: Business owner [redacted] should be aware that office managers are offering favoritism option according to who they like or not.
