Review: I received a bill in the mail and called the office number designated for questions because I had questions about the bill. I left a voicemail requesting a call back 4/**/15 as well as 5/**/15. I received no return phone call to answer my questions about the bill. In June, I called once again and the voicemail box for questions about billing was full. I searched for the business website and left a voicemail message for Melissa C[redacted] the billing manager on 6/**/15. I have not received a message back. Today, I received a letter from a lawyer informing me this bill has been sent to collections.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak with the person in charge of the billing department regarding this issue.
