Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the people in question are liars and crooks...When I complained about the noise, they did NOTHING and I have proof to that...I have all the emails I sent them...Another lie is the one about my son, nothing was witnessed by anyone because there was nothing to witness..NO state worker ever came to my door to investigate anything as they wrroneously claim...funny how I was left out of it...so thats an outright lie....I asked for accomodations per Oregon state statute and provided examples of said statutes and they still refused...its because they didnt want to spend the money..they are greedy slumlords that donr care abiut their tenants..As for the extortion thing, I did NOT commit a felony...I told them id take tjem to court andvsue them..last I heard that isnt extortion, so JJ needs to go back to school and learn about the law...I made no threats, physical or otherwise...im not srupid...Also they made a backdoor deal with mSincerely, [redacted]

The complainer, ***, makes baseless claims When he complained about others, we investigated, and when appropriate, issued 10-day notices to those noise offenders *** continued to make unsubstantiated (no-one else heard the noises) noise complaints The incident with his son was
witnessed and addressed by a state of Oregon child welfare officer who is also a tenant in our building All notes on his door were our standard, professional noticesThe building has central steam heat that automatically turns on twice a day when outside temperatures are below deg Tenants are told that this heat is supplemental to electric heat in the units We use the steam heat only to keep the building from freezingAlthough his unit has no wall-mounted electric heater, he was offered to have one installed when he moved in, but instead chose to provide his own space heater.We have not beached the lease However, *** has left his lease early and per the contract owes us a one-month-rent lease breakage fee Also, by Oregon law, the final accounting (deposits less cost of cleaning and repairs) will be sent to his address on file days after the termination of his lease, not on the day he leaves.Furthermore, *** committed a felony by trying to extort money from us
