Review: I called this company to move one bed room set from the basement to first floor and move another bedroom set from the first floor to the basement. I spoke to Mr. Issac. He quoted a price of $225 and said that 2 people will come on December 15, 2014 at 10:00am. He also said that the entire move will take no more than two hours. I asked him if there were any other charges, to which he said no. On Dec. 14, I got sick and was taken to a hospital (where I stayed for 6 days). On 15th my wife was home when three people showed up (one apparently was sick and stayed in the truck). The move took about one hour and 40 minutes. They then demanded 420 dollars from my wife. Under duress, she gave them a check for $420 which they cashed. My wife called the company and was told that the excess amount will be refunded. On Dec. 21, I called Mr. Issac who promised me that he will make the refund after the holidays. Since Jan 2, I have been trying to call them but no one answers the phone.Desired Settlement: They should refund the excess charge of $195.
